Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Bring characters to life through vocal performance and emotional expressions.

  • Collaborate with the director and casting director to understand the character’s motivations and personality.

  • Prepare for recording sessions by rehearsing lines and understanding the context of the scene.

  • Take direction from the director and adjust performance as needed.

  • Deliver high-quality voice performances that enhance the storytelling of the film.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Theatre preferred. Previous experience is beneficial.

  • Strong acting skills, the ability to convey emotions, express character personalities, and deliver believable performances.

  • Possess a versatile range and be able to portray a variety of characters, from heroic leads to quirky sidekicks to menacing villains. The ability to alter vocal tone, pitch, pacing, and accent is crucial.

  • The ability to understand and interpret character descriptions, backstories, and motivations.

  • Possess a combination of acting talent, versatility, vocal technique, emotional range, adaptability, professionalism, and often, training and experience to bring animated characters to life with compelling memorable performances.

  • A professional demo reel showcasing a variety of vocal performances is essential.
