Pay Range: $40,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and complexity of the project.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the storyboard artists to revise and refine storyboard sequences.

• Implement feedback from the director, storyboard supervisor, and other stakeholders.

• Ensure continuity and consistency in storytelling, pacing, and composition.

• Collaborate with the animation team to address storyboard related issues during production.

• Meet deadlines and deliver high quality revisions within the production schedule.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Film, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• An understanding of storyboard fundamentals, including composition, camera angles, pacing, and visual storytelling. They should be able to interpret scripts and translate them into visually engaging storyboard sequences.

• Strong drawing and storytelling skills necessary to create clear and expressive storyboard panels to convey character emotions, action, and movement effectively through their drawings; the ability to take direction and revise storyboards according to feedback.

• Should be creative and innovative; capable of generating new ideas and solutions to enhance storytelling.

• Proficiency in storyboard software such as Toon Boom Storyboard Pro, Adobe Animate, or similar programs; they should be familiar with industry-standard tools and techniques for digital storyboarding.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to work closely with members of animation team.
