Pay Range: $50,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.
Responsibilities:

Design the overall visual aesthetic look of the film, including sets, characters, and props.

Collaborate with the director and art department to develop and refine the visual style.

Create concept art, sketches, and mock-ups to communicate design ideas.

Oversee the art department and coordinate with other departments to ensure consistency and coherence in the visual elements.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for the production design team.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Film Production, or a related field.

Proven experience as a background artist, concept artist, or similar role within animation industry required.

Strong artistic and design skills, with a deep understanding of visual storytelling and film production processes.

Experience managing teams, collaborating and overseeing the visual development of animation projects.

Proficiency in design software like Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and 3D modeling.

An extensive portfolio showcasing previous work as a production designer or concept artist is essential.
