Pay Range: $60,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and projects complexity.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of animators in creating character animation that is expressive, dynamic, and believable.

  • Collaborate with the animation director and other key stakeholders to establish the visual style and tone of the animation.

  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior animators to help them develop their skills.

  • Ensure consistency in character performance and movement throughout the film.

  • Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality animation within the production schedule.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Fine arts, Visual Effects, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment industry.

  • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey their vision to their team, collaborate effectively with directors, producers, storyboard artists, and other members of the creative team.

  • Proficient with animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or Adobe Animate, and industry standard animation tools and plug-ins.

  • Proficiency in character and creature animation, and special effects animation.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, master’s degree with specialized training preferred.
