Pay Range: $90,000 to $120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.

 

Responsibilities:

• Provides financial and managerial oversight.

• .Provide strategic direction and creative oversight for the film project

• Secure financing and manage the budget for the production.

• Build and maintain relationships with investors, distributors, and other industry partners.

• Support the Producer and Director in achieving the projects goals and objectives.

• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements throughout the production process.

 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Film Production, Business Administration.

• Extensive experience in animation production, project management, creative development, and business operations.

• Strong project management, motivational, and organizational skills.

• Extensive industry connections, and experience networking to facilitate contacts.

• Proficiency in budgeting, financing, contract negotiation, and strategic planning.

• Effectively manage teams of animators, artists, and production staff.
