Pay Range: $60,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop the visual style and artistic vision for the film.

• Collaborate with the producer, executive producer, and other key stakeholders to translate the script into a compelling visual narrative.

• Direct the voice cast and provide guidance to the animation team during production.

• Make creative decisions regarding shot compositions, pacing, and storytelling.

• Lead rehearsals, recording sessions, and screenings to refine the film’s creative direction.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Film Production, Fine Arts, or a related field.

• Several years of experience working in the entertainment industry.

• Strong project portfolio that demonstrates skills and experience in the industry.

• A deep understanding of animation principles (timing, spacing, movement).

• Proficiency in animation techniques, tools (2D, 3D, & CGI), and motion graphics

• Possess a strong creative vision and be able to motivate and inspire team members.
