Pay Range: $70,000 to $150,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Job Description: We are assembling a talented and dedicated animated film production crew for an exciting new project. If you have a passion for animation and a desire to bring stories to life through visual storytelling, we want to hear from you. Join us in creating unforgettable characters and immersive worlds that inspire and entertain audiences of all ages.
Responsibilities:

Set the overall visual direction and aesthetic of the film in collaboration with the director and production team.

Lead the art department in creating concept art, character designs, and environmental layouts.

Provide guidance and feedback to artists to ensure consistency and quality throughout the production.

Collaborate with other departments to integrate visual elements seamlessly into the animation pipeline.

Manage budgets, schedules, and resources for the art department.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Extensive experience in animation production, with strong portfolio showcasing creative vision and leadership skills.

Previous experience working as a concept artist, background artist, production designer, or in similar role.

Solid understanding of various animation techniques, styles, and production processes.

Proficiency in design software and a deep understanding of animation principles.

Proficient in drawing, painting, and digital art, as well as have a strong grasp of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
